Thoughts of A Chosen Generation

Glory be to God! Deciding to become a follower of Christ, is the best decision you could ever make in your life. And you are indeed,  Chosen . Now, you are completely a new person and who you were before doesn't really matter. Friends, I sort of found this a bit hard to wrap my head around. Like, I’ve heard the term ‘born again’ throughout my previous life but now I fully understand it. Don’t take my word for it, it says so in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” But after birth, comes growth. Growth may be defined as “the process of developing physically, mentally or spiritually” according to the Oxford Dictionary. So just as a new born baby needs to experience growth in order to move from his baby stage, new Christians need growth in order to improve our relationship with Christ.
